join the team

To become part of our team, as well as job specific skills and experience, you’ll need to have the X factor!

Whatever role you’re applying for, be it actor, Sales Consultant, Facilitator, Creative Director or for any other role within ImpAct, our team dynamic is so very special you’ll need to convince us you too have that very special ‘something’ which adds to the amazing sparkle to our great team.

If trying to sum up what that ‘something’ is these words help… passion, client focus, total regard for the needs of others, team spirit, respect, integrity, loyalty, a great sense of humour and fun and a desire to work with a team who really are making a dramatic difference to the lives of others.

Do you have the X factor? Then read on to find out more about current vacancies. If any of the roles match your skills or experience then send us your CV. But even at this stage, we’re looking for candidates willing to go the extra mile to become part of our team.

Don’t just send us your standard CV (which you’ll send out to loads of other companies.) Send one specifically written to convince our team you have the X factor as well as the skills needed. Send one which convinces the team from the outset you want to become part of ‘Team ImpAct’.

Send it to Gill Haren our Operations Director.

sales consultant

Our small, very select, team of Sales Consultants all agree they have the best ‘product’ in the world to sell AND to the very best of clients.

To meet the team and find out for yourselves what it takes to join them in this Utopian sales world, please give either Gary Bargroff or Andrew Wood a call. They’ll tell you much more about the company and how our successful sales team work than you’ll ever glean from our websites. If, during the call, you agree it would be beneficial for you to come to an Open Day, perhaps even before penning your bespoke CV, then we’ll set it up.

As you’ll find out when you call and/or meet us, ours is a ‘people matter’ based business. We’re not good at selling ourselves on paper. Meet us – meet the team. Then ask yourself ‘do you want to be a part of this very very special company which really does make an impact?’

If the answer is ‘yes’ then write the CV and convince us you have the X factor...
